Anthony always goes out of his way to be sure my 300C is in the best running condition and for a fair price. He always checks with the warranty company for any work they might cover. I have complete trust in his opinion and follow his advise. The detail shop does fantastic work. They go above and beyond, by touching up chipped paint and cleaning trunk/door jam areas. The shuttle service is convenient and reliable. The entire team is friendly and care for my car as if it were their own. It is a pleasure doing business with your company....it's the people that set you apart from the rest. Thank you. More
Started off great, ended just as we expected...Sadly We went to this dealer as it came highly recommended by a few people that we knew. My husband went in during the week as we had attempted to get the pricing for the vehicle we wanted at another dealership but never got what we wanted. Walid was very helpful to my husband guaranteeing that he would only give us the information that we wanted and that we wouldn't be in the dealership longer than we wanted. So he made arrangements to go back on a Saturday morning. We arrived at the dealership on the Saturday morning around 10:30am and were met by Walid he then proceeded to show us the vehicles we were interested in, he took us on approximately 5 road tests, once it was decided that we wanted to purchase two Dodge Journey's one the CVP and the other the Zing in to Spring Special we sat down to talk numbers. I offered to tell him what we could afford bi-weekly but he didn't seem interested in hearing it. After over 45 mins he came to us with a number which was double my amount, I told him, he went back and tried to lower it, the dealership was not willing to budge much. After an additional 45 mins we told him that we needed to leave as our child was hungry and we needed to think. He asked us to give him another chance to try to get the number lower again we had to wait. Finally he came back gave us another number and we told him that we had to think about it and would be back shortly. We decided to only go with one Journey and advised Walid of this upon our return. He was able to get the Journey for the number we wanted to pay after going back and fourth multiple times to the sales manager. After this came the sign on the dotted line...... we were taken to reception to process our "deposit" which we were advised would be returned to us by cheque within 2-3 days of picking up the vehicle. We were then taken to the finance managers office and Walid was off to start another sale. In the finance managers office we were met with a whole other list of items available for us to add to our vehicle price. I found that at this point things became more of a "hard sale" and it was very frustrating. Finally the finance manager listened to me and help us get the "extra warranty" (for minor dents ect) at a reasonable price. We signed on the dotted line and finally left after being in the dealership there for almost 6 hours (much to my dismay), just a side note....the finance manager never told us how much we were being offered for our trade in, yes we should have asked but at this point we were so tired we just wanted to go home. It turned out that they were truly ripping us off when it came to our trade in and we were better off keeping our van and selling it privately. Which is exactly what we did. Things seem to go downhill from this point. On Monday morning we were told we were "approved" only to be told that they mixed up the files and that it hadn't come back yet. Question is...how did you mix it up? is there a person who was purchasing a Dodge Journey with the exact same name at the exact same time? I doubt it highly since, but anyways we again waited. Finally around 3 pm we were told it was approved for real this time and that our vehicle wouldn't be ready for pick up till the next afternoon. My husband went into to pick up the vehicle on the Tuesday, he was told we would receive our refund cheque within one to two days. After leaving multiple messages (none returned) we finally were called on Tuesday of the following week to let us know our cheque was ready for pick up and at reception. My true feelings about this dealership and sales people is while they are very knowledgeable and patient prior to you signing on the dotted line, once they have your signature they don't have the time of day for you. Which is truly sad as we will be in the market to purchase a second and possibly a third car in the next 6-12 months. I am not sure if I can honestly say i will go back to this dealership. Given that it is far from my home and the level of service we received after signing, i think i will give my business to another dealership. They would have to have a serious deal or special on for me to go back to them. More

I most appreciate that I was not unduly taken advantage of financially when upgrading from the purchase of a Jeep Wrangler Sport S, as I realized late in the purchase process (i.e. post sales commitment) that a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited would better serve my safe towing needs and afford fme significantly more space to permit stowing outdoor gear and skis in the winter. I appreciate Robbie's outgoing post sales friendly nature, professionalism and attention, as well as sense of humour. Walid was a pure sales gentleman and extremely well natured and again very patient. I was impressed when Walid offered to come into the dealership on his day off on Saturday and in fact we met at the dealership to continue purchase discussions. I had been a long-standing and loyal Toyota 4Runner customer and Honda customer previously for some eighteen (18) years or longer. I truly look forward and hope to foster the same mutually beneficial, honest and fair relationship wit Ontario Chrysler in general and the Sales and Service teams in particular that I enjoyed previously and that we can maintain this relationship over the years to come. This is my third purchase and by now you would be wondering why I would not look anywhere else. Anytime and every time I visit the dealership even for an oil change or service, I am treated like the only customer they have and it is even a better experience when I go in to say hello to the people who made my purchase the best experience ever! I mean Ayman Makawy and Tinu the man who makes the financing possible. These gentlemen are very respectful of the fact that your time is valuable and like I have said in previous reviews that they will give you all the information you need to help you make up your mind(hassle free and no pressure). Ayman is a great salesman and I believe the way he treats his customers is the same way he would want to be treated and anytime I need to purchase a vehicle, there is only one place in my mind! I consider myself a fairly well researched consumer and did my homework. I'm not sure how many of us have the dogged determination to research trucks and visit dealerships over the course of a year prior to making a purchase but, I would hazard to guess that it's in the minority. With this being said, when I finally did purchased my 2014 1500 Series Dodge Ram Sport I feel that I got the best possible deal from this team and this dealership. However, as in most cases as you would expect from the vast majority of dealerships, the relationship ends with a signature on a contract - that's not the case with this team. Not being your typical customer - being somewhat more demanding than the average to say the least, I had a list of specific changes and/or modifications that I felt needed to be made to the suit the final configuration of the truck that I wanted to drive. Bearing this in mind there was a fair number of e-mails, phone calls, and text messages that took place over the course of about a month or so during the time that my truck was being delivered that would have tested the patience of even the iron willed. Never once was my phone call, email, or text message not returned or did I ever feel put off and - all of my requests were accommodated. Joe is an exceptional employee, extremely knowledgeable and a great all round guy. He spent time with me going through all the features of the truck at the time I took possession at length and made the transaction smooth and effortless.
