I would highly recommend her to my closest friends and family. She is knowledgable, she is understanding, she is patient, and she does not use pressure as a sales tactic. But the greatest thing about her is that she understands people. I started my search for a car in February 2013 and just purchased and received my car last week 23-May-2014. Throughout my whole search my dealings with Dianna have always been very pleasant and effective. She is honest with the cars that she has available and the pricing that is possible. There are many other dealerships/sales people that tell you one thing but do another, this is not Dianna. She says and does what she promises. She will go to bat for you with her superiors if she has promised you something (most of the time it felt that she was working for me instead of the dealership!). I've visited many different dealerships and talked with many different sales people but in the end I came back to Dianna because I knew I could trust her -- she was able to get me the car that I wanted and the price that wanted. She is very dilligent in following up and very helpful -- even after the sale is made. This is my first Jeep Wrangler but it won't be my last, the next time I look for another one I would defintely go back to Dianna at Ontario Chrysler. A very satisfied customer My wife and I recently decided to change our aging KIA-Sportage so we went hunting for a deal that would meet our requirements (used car with low mile My wife and I recently decided to change our aging KIA-Sportage so we went hunting for a deal that would meet our requirements (used car with low mileage at a decent price). After visiting many used car dealers in our area, we pulled into Ontario Chrysler and met Ryszard Mroz in the parking lot. We explained what we were looking for and Richard found us a few cars but pointed out that low mileage would bring the price up. So he showed us a 2014 Dodge Journey 2.4L that was currently on special. We road tested it and fell in love with it. We certainly did not leave the house that morning thinking of buying a new car. Thanks to Richard"s easy manner and professional knowledge, we sat and went through the process of evaluating the deal that he presented us. The $4,000. over our budgeted price was quickly erased with the financing and warranty solutions taken into account. Richard took us to see Rajan and we closed the deal right then and there. The whole process took under 2 hours and we had ourselves a new car to be delivered 3 days later. We almost completely avoid large dealerships of ANY kind...we like the warm camaraderie of smaller, family owned businesses of ALL kinds, to purchase We almost completely avoid large dealerships of ANY kind...we like the warm camaraderie of smaller, family owned businesses of ALL kinds, to purchase those things that we need, and AVOID big box stores, big dealerships, big faceless firms that ONLY have THEIR self preservation in mind....it's quite rampant these days, we ALL become cynical about being taken advantage of. We saw an ad for a car that we thought would suit our needs, and HORRORS, it was a BIG dealership in Mississauga, and we said "eh, we'll find something else"....as we looked more, we could not quite find what we wanted, so, I just made an anonymous "inquiry" call about this Jeep,and was absolutely FLOORED, when the folks at Ontario Chrysler Dodge Jeep, almost MADE me WANT to come in, so we could meet each other, and though this is a "standard" feeling, there was definitely something "different" about this place. So we grudgingly made the trip to Mississauga, about a 40 minute drive, and figured we'd look, feel, see what we'd like about this car, and then leave with better information. From the moment we stepped in, it was a different experience than what we expected. We actually bought the car, we had a budget, the dealership had it's requirements, we made a very scary buying/looking trip into actually buying what we wanted, and at a price that matched our needs. We wanted to mention that THESE names should be remembered....GORD, JOHN, and Aamir.....these folks REALLY did make a difference...it was WORTH the drive to Mississauga.
