Trustworthy auto service dealership I wish I have more time to sit here and write about how grimy and evil dealerships auto service can take advantage of you, especially if you loo I wish I have more time to sit here and write about how grimy and evil dealerships auto service can take advantage of you, especially if you look like you don't know nothing of if you're a woman. I had always bring my car for maintenance service at an Acura dealership thinking they will always do the best honest job and give you the best honest advice, Paying extra is worthid to me since our car is the second biggest purchase. Please do not ever think any dealership or mechanic will be honest to you because you pay a premium price to get over priced job done and up sell uneccsssry service or not tell you a problem that will save you from having a bigger problem to come back to them. unless you are certain. long story short. Got my brake pads done a couple of months ago. Now brake pad is totally gone due to diagnose caliper seized. Don't know why they couldn't see that a couple of months ago to get it to this point. I brought it back to them because they were the one that did my brakes. And of course as I expected the blame was on the car. I spent over $800 for that brakes service that time plus some minor stuff they added etc. And now I have to spend another over $800 to get new caliper and brake pads again. something does feel right to me. I decided not to be taken advantage of. Not the first time I feel like something wasn't necessary right but I do what they say because i don't have time to research so I just do it for the xxxx of my peace of mind. Did not want to get taken advantage of anymore. I decided to call around to ask. I was so fortunate to find Ontario Chrysler that gave me a proper quote, gave me choices and showed me what happened and what could've been prevented. Brant was such an informative guy. He gave a break down about my car issues. David was my mechanic that took care of my car, explained to me what was done and my choices of parts which are all under warrantee. I really felt safe letting these guys took care of my car. I even did my research and everything they told me was honest. I even had nice shuttle drivers dropping me and picking me up conveniently. I'm never a person to vent publicly but I really want anyone out there like me to find a honest place to get their car problems done. Ontario Chrysler on Dixie deserve every star I can give. Will be going there from now on. More

horrible horrible horrible ,,,, went it to get a new van ,,, this is now my 4th vehicle thru this dealer ...parked and looked thru the vans on the lot only 4 colors to choose from . went it to get a new van ,,, this is now my 4th vehicle thru this dealer ...parked and looked thru the vans on the lot only 4 colors to choose from ....went into the show room made eye contact at least 2 times with sales rep ( robbie ) he was on the phone so we walked around the show room went back tot the front and made eye contact again and he didnt bother to get off the phone,,... another rep offered to help us so we said fine ,,, ( sam ) big mistake ......went thru what we wanted ,,,,,never got offered to take a test drive ...no biggie... signed a few forms and was told at least 6 times to make sure i gave sam back his pen ( are you kidding ...are you assuming we steal) ..... left 500 dollar deposit ...was to return the next day ..... return the next day at the set time ...van not ready ,,,,sam asked me to check my purse and see if i took his pen ,,,,really !!!!!.......went into his office to do the paperwork .... again do you have my pen ......still NO !!!! asked that question at least another 10 times Really ...if you need a pen i will get you one !!!!!...... now sam asks for my charge card and takes it and leaves the room ..... he comes back with a refund of $ 105 and $300 somehow that does not total $500.... he then tells me there are 90 dollars in fees to transfer the plate ...cant believe it is that much i call the ministry ...they advise me it is $20 so i question the fee again .... then he tells me there is a fee for a lost ownership ...NOT !!! he took my ownership the day prior and now they want to charge me ?????,,,NO ... still no explanation for the balance of the fees including up to today ...FURTHERMORE I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE USE OR CHARGE ON MY CARD !!!!! THATS FRAUD....... in an effort to please me robbie gives us a $50 gas card very nice but does not make up the the BS /....now driving home with the car the engine begins to bellow smoke ... so we pull over ... my husband gets out to check it and i call robbie .... he tells me that is normal from some sort of overspray.... not being a mechanic ,,, but being a woman ,,, wouldnt it be smarter for the dealership to run the car for 10 - 15 minutes and let the " Normal" smoke burn off so thats not the 1st new car experience the new owner has !!! Perhaps tooooooo much common sense ...... now wed am and a payment for the old car comes out of my account ...annoyed as you can imagine... i contact robbie again and he says thats "normal "... the money will be back in my account in 3 - 4 days ,,, now the following week mon pm .... i speak with uzman who tells me it is scheduled to go in tues am .... fine now tues pm and surprise no money ...... again i call back he tells me he is in the office till 8 but the Bank of montreal where the payment cane out of closes at 6 so i call at 711 ....secretary tells me he has left for the day ,,, again still no money ,,, now i am really angry and instead of an appoligy i get "no one here is going to speak to you" from robbie and he never told me 3 -4 days OMG !!! Really where is the ownershp for the error i know it wasnt mine !!!!!! Meanwhile i had left a message for the owner of the dealership on his voicemail now 825am on the prior monday and still no answer .... As you can imagine i still do not have my moeny back more then 1 week after the fact !!!!!! saM did ask us to write a review and made a point of saying he did not care if it was good or bad his feelings would not be hurt !!!! TOO BAD MINE ARE..... still frustrated 8 days later i decide to contact the dealer owner bourk boyd at the office but block my call first .... the secretary tells me he is at the other dealer ...so she transfers me there ..... i get the man and explain the entire story.... he actually seems as frustrated as i was ...within 2 hours i get a call from the bank of montreal that the taken funds have been put back into my account and i confirmed before telling him i had got them. meanwhile mr boyd had called and given us him cell number to reach him at if there were any further issues ...he also advised us that this is not how things are handled and that we would a $90 cheque ready for us to cover the charges we were not told about. Finally most of the issues are resolved ...we await explainations as to why this all happened More
