I live in Scarborough and bought my vehicle at my local dealership, I dealt with their service department for about a year and had nothing but issues I live in Scarborough and bought my vehicle at my local dealership, I dealt with their service department for about a year and had nothing but issues :( I work in Mississauga and figured there HAS to be a dealership near work, which is how I found Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! I've only had to take my car in for routine maintenance, but the service I receive each time is above and beyond...and quick! The hours are great! I start work at 8am, and since the service department opens at 730am I can make an early morning appointment, drop my car off and be back at the office before my shift starts because I've never had to wait for their courtesy shuttle (I've always waited at the other location I have dealt with) and the drivers are always friendly! I'm always asked when I need my car back by, my answer is always "I finish work at 4pm"...and I've always had my car back before Noon! I highly recommend the team at Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! More

I have nothing but good things to say about Anna, she took care of me right away and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done when typically. They did a full inspection on my car and gave me great feedback on not only the condition of everything today but also what to expect for the foreseeable future. While I decided to move away from the dealership I had purchased the car at due to a bad experience, this was the complete opposite. Great Experience, great service, and I have definitely found with Ontario Chrysler Dodge Jeep a place I feel completely satisfied / secure will take the best care of my vehicle. More
