Dedicated to fix our Town & Country Van During this past hot summer, we had brought our van in to have the a/c fixed. We dealt with Grant Cafferty and he ordered the necessary part to repair the a/c. After the initial installation, the a/c failed to work in back of the van. He then ordered another compressor and another part, under warranty The parts were on back order for most of the summer. At the end of August, the parts were still on back order and were supposedly on route. We left our van at the dealership as Grant spoke to Luke & Bourk who continued to follow up on the back order and arranged for a complimentary rental vehicle a 2016 Dodge Journey until our a/c was fixed. We had the rental from Sept.1 until Sept. 13th. Many thanks to these 3 guys for their assistance and perseverance. We have been long time customers and have purchased or leased numerous vehicles from this dealership over the last 15 years and continue to have both our Town & Country Van & Dodge Charger serviced here. More

A member of the team even gave my 11 month old son a little toy dinosaur. John spent over an hour going over all of the features of the 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk we purchased. He made sure we were completely comfortable before we drove away. We will revisit John and the team at this dealership in the future for sure! Quick, efficient and impressive First time bringing my Caravan to this dealer... and I was impressed! They use an iPad to get all the details from the car, went over the options and services required, confirmed my contact info and done. From the time i drove my car in, to time i walked out the door had to be less than 5 mins. Really like the use of technology. Not Honest, will fool you if he can Matthew Techlowicz sold me a KEY-LESS Dodge Caravan that I have to use a key to unlock, faulty FOBs. Fooled me, all the time he was pretending that he Matthew Techlowicz sold me a KEY-LESS Dodge Caravan that I have to use a key to unlock, faulty FOBs. Fooled me, all the time he was pretending that he is using the FOB to unlock the van, after finalizing the deal, upon picking up the van, prior to leaving the dealership I found the FOBs to be faulty, he said it is only the batteries, I changed the batteries still the FOB didn't work. I contacted Matthew, he wrote me back to book an appointment with the service department for a fee of $120 an hour. I don't recommend this man or this dealership to anybody worked hard for his money. More

Not only are the service staff excellent (shout-out to Grant and Anthony!), but the office staff and the shop guys are always polite and helpful, too. So I wanted to share my most recent experience with this dealership. A couple of weeks ago I dropped by to have my tires filled, and while there I decided to get a quote on some new winter tires. The advisor I spoke to gave me a quote and I told him I'd get back to him in a week or two. Yesterday, I decided to drop in and order the tires. I discovered that the advisor I had spoken with was no longer employed there, but that wasn't a problem because Anthony Italiano was there, and he actually remembered that I had been there two weeks ago. I think that's pretty impressive, given the number of people who come and go through that place every day! So Anthony jumped right in and took care of me, and actually gave me a better quote than the first advisor did for my tires. He was just so pleasant and helpful and I am very appreciative of that.
