We were impressed with their interest in our search for a vehicle. No pressure, lots of time given to us, even though they were busy. I had to drive an hour to get to that dealer as I am north of Toronto, but they had the best price. Momo sold us the vehicle and was knowledgeable and friendly. I have purchased many vehicles (various manufacturers )in my driving years, for myself, spouse and kids and often with difficult or unpleasant experiences but it appears that Ontario Chrysler has the customer service practices still in place. Later Mr. Tinu Katyal who handles financing helped a lot to get the bank approvals and getting through all the paper works on the same day by 6:30 Pm. So it was a quick and nice experience. More
