Great purchase experience I started my search a few weeks ago and found the truck I wanted on their lot. I was emailing Matthew and got some info and if they would match a deal I started my search a few weeks ago and found the truck I wanted on their lot. I was emailing Matthew and got some info and if they would match a deal I found elsewhere which he did. The only thing I didn't appreciate is when his sales manager tried to use numbers to confuse me when discounting the truck but he didn't know I was in the auto environment for 15 years. This is no fault of Matthew but this sales manager should stop his tactics. Mathew was great and I would definitly buy another vehicle with him. More

bad faith dealer I made a deal to purchase a used Jeep Compass , after much back and forth haggling , leaving the room, coming back with sales manage we agreed on a pr I made a deal to purchase a used Jeep Compass , after much back and forth haggling , leaving the room, coming back with sales manage we agreed on a price for $16,500.00 out the door, signed a piece of paper and gave credit card. they left room and the owner came back with the paper with $17,000.00 written above the $16,500.00 saying we agreed to that price. Even though the paper clearly shows the price we agreed to. we said no ,then he say's they will give it to us for the price we agreed on only if we finance it with them for 5.99% and that it would cost about $1500.00 for the financing. so out the door i went do not do business with this dealership More

I met Sam and he worked so hard to find me exactly what I wanted, and to my sur I was stopping by to look at a used Jeep, but sadly it had just sold.
