Great sales agent, cheaters and liars in the back office I just purchased a brand new Grand Cherokee from Richard. He was very professional. He stayed past closing time so my girlfriend (who was coming from Scarborough) could see the car. Everything went well. Richard delivered on everything he promised. So now I had to go see the business manager (Rajan) to get the financing done. Initial conversation went well. He asked if I wanted to add various different warranty packages on and I declined. So we spoke the next day because I wanted to see if my financing was approved. He again tried to sell me the "Titan Package". I said "I'll think about it". This was on Saturday. On Monday I emailed him asking for disclosure documents on the package and what it includes. I wanted to read before buying. Didn't get a response from Rajan. So I went in the next morning to sign and pick up my new car. Went to the business office and told Rajan that I did not want to go with the Titan Package. His response was "I thought you wanted it so I included it in the contract". I asked "can you not remove it?". He said "No, as the contract is already written and he can't change it". So I stood up and walked out of his office and went to reception to and asked to speak to a manager. Richard came over and asked me what the problem was. I explained to him and he proceeded to speak with one of the Sales Managers. Richard came back and he apologized and said he will get things sorted out for me. He came back a few minutes later and said all taken care of, sorry for the trouble. After reading previous reviews here, is this how they do business here? Are we like prey when we walk into the business office where they try to jam you with products you don't necessarily need? If it weren't for Richard I would probably be shopping at a different dealership next time. More

I felt Matthew had my best interest in mind through the process. I was very impressed with Matthews knowledge of the vehicle and at no time did I ever feel pressure to purchase. There were a couple of things, while seemingly small, that added to my overall experience. I bought a demo (e.g. it wasn't brand new), and without me asking Matthew took the vehicle for detailing, filled the gas tank, and made arrangements for me for an aftermarket feature. There was no waiting around or delays. Matthew, his manager and Tinu in finance had me into my new vehicle in a time that exceeded my expectations. More

When we went into the dealership to look at our new jeep, we asked for Mickey. We knew what sales rep. we wanted. The overall experience was great. He followed up with us a few days later. He just wanted to check on things. He went above and beyond the usual customer service that you receive these days. I can't say enough good things about Mickey. I definitely will not hesitate to send family and friends to see him in the future. More

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of my friends and family to him. I later found out on day of pick up, that not only was it supposed to be Wadih's day off, but the V.P Dave Pozzobon also checks all closed deals and ensures all the "i"s are dotted and "t"'s are crossed. President and CEO Bourk Boyd I've also seen on a couple occasions open the door for all their customers. Talk about a true Customer Experience - this team at least tries to do their best in a hectic environment. More

Indeed more so, you came up with a deal that was beyond my expectation. I had visited another Chrysler Jeep dealership which is in my locale but drove 1 (one) hour plus to see yours and do not regret it. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Chief. You worked tirelessly at giving me a great deal in terms of vehicle options and then right down to the monthly payments. You gave the maximum trade-in value for my vehicle. To Rajan, you devoted a considerable time and attention to me personally arranging financing within my credit and budget expectations. But it didn't stop there. You took the time to explain financing and credit implications for my personal situation. You gave sound financial advice and tips in the purchase of a new vehicle as well as the vehicle protection. I recommend both of you for vehicle needs and will return for future purchases. More

When I went to do the financing, Tinu started out professional, then when it came time to sell me the add-ons, he was very pushy. It's what people in the industry call "jamming". He told me that the bank only accepted my application if I purchased "Gap Insurance" on my vehicle. I told him I didn't want it and see if he could do it without. He then left the room and came back 5 minutes later and it wasn't possible. I then said ok go ahead. I later spoke with a friend in the industry to find out that this selling technique is called "jamming". Tinu is crook and should not be trusted. More
