Much different than any other car shopping experience I've had until now. I usually feel pushed and I have never walked away feeling as though I truly got a good deal. I went in to help my mom look for a new SUV, and Mike was so helpful in finding the perfect vehicle for her. In fact, he was so helpful and accommodating, that I also ended up purchasing a new truck that I had hoped to buy one day in the future.
