Excellent experience! I went in to Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership interested in the Jeep. I was greeted by Ed Shor one of the sale representatives. He took his time to show me all the different options available and at no point was he pushy or trying to sell me something I did not want. I was not too sure if I wanted a Jeep (I was considering cost of gas, etc.) I did not purchase a Jeep on my first visit but I did ask Ed to keep me updated on any future promotions or leasing options. In the weeks following my visit, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Ed in regards to pricing options and jeep style availability. Once I had decided that I absolutely wanted a Jeep there was no doubt that I wanted to go back and deal with Ed. He was absolutely amazing to work with. He was able to get me what I was looking for at a price that I was comfortable with. Also, he resolved any issues or concerns I had personally. I have had my Jeep for a month and I couldn't be any happier. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone. Go in and ask for Ed Shor. More

Called him this week because I got a puncture in one of my tires and wanted to know if he knew of any place to fix it because I'm on a budget. (This is on a RAM truck by the way) Ed is amazing! He informed me that I had some sort of warranty for 3 years on the tires and that I was completely covered for it! This kid is aces! Make sure you look him up, takes care of you even after the sale! Extremely disappointed after 20 years being a client To provide some perspective, I've been a client with my parents of this dealership for 20 years, even after moving out of Mississauga, still brought c To provide some perspective, I've been a client with my parents of this dealership for 20 years, even after moving out of Mississauga, still brought cars for service there despite inconvenience of location etc. Car: 2011 Dodge Journey. Issue: November 13, 2017 took the car in for regular winter tire swap and request to change all brake pads and rotors because the car had been ideal for a while and I preferred to ensure complete safety during winter. Was informed brakes had 60% life on them to which I insisted they be changed nevertheless. January, 12 2018 - brake noise heard. Brough the car in for check on Jan 13. After check, was told that brakes were changed under warranty since they were changed in November. January, 24 - Noise still coming from the brakes when I took car in this time, was advised that they changed the rotors. When asked why rotors weren't change the previous time with the brakes, got a round around answer. February 21 -Met with Service Manager to discuss issue. Went out with Technician to ensure he heard the noise coming from the car. He confirmed 1) that he heard it and 2) that previously they had not done proper investigation and just changed pads to please me. Surprising to learn as no one ever came to ask me to confirm the noise while I waited for them to service the car every time. I always wait in the lounge while car is serviced, even for regular oil change. Brakes and rotors changed yet again. Are you keeping count?? March 26 - Car is due for regular oil change and I did not want to again time off work to trek all the way to Mississauga for this. Mind you, noise still coming from brakes. I decide to take car to a different dealership. I did not tell them anything about the brakes. Just requested oil change. During the call advising me the car is ready for pick up, the agent says "you must hear noise from your brakes, right??" I confirm. He adds that my supposedly "new brakes" are after-market and are at 80%. I was never informed by Ontario Chrysler if I wanted authentic parts or after-market. I trusted they would replace parts with authentic. Now I know I was cheated by this dealership. More

In my experience other sales representatives would push me towards purchasing anything, however, Oscar and especially Joe, encouraged me to do my research and shop around and we even talked about other car types. It was nothing I had ever encountered. I left there not wanting to even go anywhere else. The compassion I heard and felt through just conversation was profound. When I decided to purchase my car and I had felt just the slightest bit of doubt the financial representative, Robert gave me hope.
