Super good experience finding my next Jeep Grand Cherokee I walked into the Dealership on a Friday afternoon as my old 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee was in for service. It was time to get my next Jeep Grand Chero I walked into the Dealership on a Friday afternoon as my old 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee was in for service. It was time to get my next Jeep Grand Cherokee and put my old Jeep out to the farm. I was introduced to my Sales Rep, Kyle McGuigan, who was a super-knowledgable and courteous. Kyle identified my needs immediately: the Jeep Grand Cherokee must have factory towing and all the goodies. He hooked me up with a beautiful 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee TRAILHAWK that was on the lot; the perfect fit. We went to have a look and a test drive; and, Kyle showed me all the great new features over my old Jeep. Next we talked to Joe Albi, Used Car Manager, who agreed to hold the Jeep over the weekend; so, I could discuss my new Jeep purchase with my domestic controller and better-half. Joe understood exactly this critical step for me to get my clearance to purchase from my better-half over the weekend. Finally, I was back on Monday meet with Tinu Katyal of the Finance Dept; who, worked-out a deal for 120,000 km Warranty and some great special treatments like rust-proofing, paint protection, and windshield/ dent/ ding protection; all at a great package price. The deal was done and with everything I needed and a great price with no hassle. Kyle introduced me to Bourk Boyd the owner; who, supports Trillium Health Partners Foundation with whom I work. I came to pick-up my Jeep Grand Cherokee TRAILHAWK on Tuesday; and, Kyle had it pristine-clean ready with a full tank of gas. He showed me all the new features and I was on my way. Bourk Boyd and Ontario Chysler-Dodge-Jeep made finding my new Jeep a pleasure; and, I am a super-happy customer. That's the way they roll ;) More

Tire repair Anthony went above and beyond to take care of my issue in a timely manner. He made sure my problem was solved so I could get on with my busy day. The service Centre was very busy but I had a tire leak and The techs were all busy with other Jobs. I didn’t have to ask for him to to anything, he just went ahead and started the diagnosis himself so that it could be fixed right away. Service with a smile is always appreciated. This kind of service is what keeps customers coming back. Good job Anthony! Again! More

Terrible Customer Service I have purchased two vehicles from Ontario Chrysler in the year 2018. The first purchase went well - unfortunately the vehicle was written off after h I have purchased two vehicles from Ontario Chrysler in the year 2018. The first purchase went well - unfortunately the vehicle was written off after hitting a deer on the highway. Sadly, my second experience with this place has been terrible. It was easy to purchase another vehicle but the service after that point was less than desirable. I paid additional money to have a hitch installed. After getting back home (3 hours away) I realized it was the wrong hitch. When I contacted the dealership, I was told the only way to resolve the issue was to return - to give up my time and money to have their error fixed. I had to argue repeatedly to get reimbursed some of my money so that I could pay somebody at home to fix the issue. Their solution was to remove the hitch and mounting and return it to them, damaged or not. After all of this haggling the sales agent I originally dealt with told me to order a small part that was missing from the stereo when I picked it up. I got home, ordered the part and Ontario Chrysler refuses to pay the 17.95$ part, in addition to refusing to call back my local dealer to confirm or deny the request. After spending $65,000 in three months and purchasing two vehicles, the customer service has been by far the worst I have experienced in my 25 years as a vehicle owner. I have bought vehicles away from home to save some money and for the greater choice, but I will be sure to share my negative experiences with this place whenever I am asked. More
