Great 80% of the deal done before I went to the dealer Working construction out of town, I needed to have almost all of the leg work done before even entering the dealer. Most dealers I contacted needed me to visit the dealership in order to progress. I'm home one sometimes two days a week , even after letting the other dealers know the last thing I want to do on my day home is start the buying process. I needed to have it as far along as possible. This is where Ontario Chrysler, especially the sales guy Moin seemed to understand. He worked with me with great communication throughout the process. So when it was time to visit the dealer, we had a good grasp on what was left to take care of. If it wasn't for moin and Ontario Chrysler I'm confident we wouldn't be driving a ram right now.
