After sales service? Doesn't exist. This place is a prime example of poor customer service. Customer service exists after the sale is completed also. I've bought 6 cars from here and still get the run around from the sales management. I've written to the owners etc and received NO replies even from them.. So yes, this is a VERY BAD example of how to manage a company branch. No to mention you need a special license just to drive around their poorly managed property without hitting another car. I have a Ram that is only 4 years old and has the front fender almost rusting a hole through it, from the inside... Had rust proofing done also, STILL got the run around about getting it covered under warranty. So the extras you pay for? Won't help you at all. More

Richard worked around the clock and endlessly, kept me updated when new 17 Grand Cherokee models became available and would call me right away to come in and look at the vehicle. Richard and Bob made my dreams come true for owning a grand Cherokee and I couldn't be happier till this day a year later, with my purchase. Wow! Great work! Just excellent work everyone!! I wasn't sure what to do with my car, it started giving me problems on my daily commute to work. I stopped by Ontario Just excellent work everyone!!
