An American stuck in Toronto 3 days before Christmas I had run over a glass bottle in the snowstorm. Needed a new tire so to drive home to Philadelphia, PA for Christmas. Every shop was backed up and could only help me by 12/27. Then I spoke with Huseyn, service writer and explained my problem. He said that my situation was unusual and deserved special consideration. I drove my 2016 XTS IN ON THE SPARE tire at 2pm. . Huseyn said the tire could not be repaired but he would order a new one and have it delivered the next day! I was ready to go again by Friday 12/23. Great, courteously service. Real personal attention. I drive from Philadelphia to Toronto regularly and will be happy to use Old Mill Cadillac for future service when in town! Thanks Huseyn! More

A1 service from start to finish I had a couple of small issues when I got my car. The team at old Mill (Vince and Eddie) took my car gave me a loaner car and fixed it promptly.
