His no pressure sales approach, positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond was one of the key factors in my decision to purchase a new vehicle. Even after my sale was through and I had additional requests, Evan was readily available to help me in any way he could - and he did! He far exceeded my expectations on so many levels. I also want to give Miguel praise as well for stepping in to assist when Evan wasn't around. These guys definitely took care of business. Called about a used van, they said it was still available Very surprised to see the positive reviews, customer service is weak. I called about a vehicle to confirm it was available and on site. I made an appointment, was told to ask for the 'used car manager', Mugill (spelling?). I arrived @ 30 minutes later for my appointment, and said I made an appointment - supposed to ask for used car manager - turns out the fellow I spoke to was Mugill (who didn't seem to know he was the used car manager) - more importantly he was unprepared for our appointment. He went to check on keys, and something was said re a deposit on it. He went into someone's office who thought it was sold - he made a call, and it was. Mugill comes out and says 'It's sold'. No offer to help find something else, or concern re my wasted time. I was obviously unhappy - they say internet sales didn't know it was sold. I said I drove to Okotoks just for the appointment - Migull asks how far. Shortly before walking out, I got a half-hearted 'sorry'. More
