So I get this free oil change offer in the mail. Having 5% time to the required oil change I thought I would take advantage of this offer. Along with the oil change, there was a multipoint systems check. A report listed over $1000 of required work, which was a surprise as there had been no indication of problems. The list of deficiencies included replacing brakes, oil leaks and a switch requiring replacement. My local mechanic checked the brakes - at least 30% wear remaining. And I park in a garage with no sign of oil on the floor. HOW CAN I TRUST A DEALER THAT USES A HOOK TO GENERATE A FICTIONAL REPAIR LIST. More
