They're not only trying to make a sale but they make you feel like family. They treat you like family. They dont try to push stuff on you. It's all about you and what you want. This is by far the best dealership I've been to out of the dozens of others while car shopping. Definitely reccommend anyone who wants knows what it is that they want or not...but also if they want to be treated as a person and not another cheque :). More

My girlfriend and I went into the Okotoks Honda dealership on Saturday the 23rd of March, 2013. at about 9.30am. We were immediately directed to Trellis Wells to help us. We intended to purchas dealership on Saturday the 23rd of March, 2013. at about 9.30am. We were immediately directed to Trellis Wells to help us. We intended to purchase 2 vehicles on Saturday, but we weren't sure where we were going to purchase them from. We have always heard good things about Honda vehicles, but we have also owned a Nissan Altima and have been impressed with it. All we knew was our budget and that we needed 2 cars. Right from the very start Trellis was very attentive to our needs and we immediately felt comfortable with her. We test drove 5 different vehicles, starting from cheapest to more expensive. After 5 vehicles we made a decision to make an offer on 2 of the vehicles, a 2007 Honda Civic Coupe with approximately 49000 km and a 2012 Honda Civic 4 door sedan with approximately 17 km. We also wanted to trade in our 2002 BMW X5. Berton took care of he trade-in of the BMW, whilst Trellis walked us through the purchasing process. I have had dealings with car salespeople in the past and these dealings have not always been a pleasant experience. However, dealing with Trellis and then later with Majed (when we got down to the nitty gritty) was a very comfortable experience. After we had agreed on the price, we were then put into the capable hands of Brad Peltier, who then proceeded to walk us through the purchasing process. We both felt very comfortable the whole time and were fully informed as to what was happening. We finally left the dealership at about 4.30pm. It had been a long day, but we were both very happy that we had managed to purchase 2 vehicles with very little fuss. We elected to have a protection package done on the 2012 Civic and the windshield and windshield wipers were to be replaced on the 2007 Civic. The vehicles were organized to be ready at 6.00pm on Wednesday the 27th March, 2013. Okotoks Honda organized the registration of the 2012. We arrived at the dealership early and the vehicles were ready, both were in immaculate condition and all of the extras had been carried out as promised. Brad took us through all of the final paperwork with no fuss. We also elected to take out the Honda Plus warranties on both vehicles. Trellis then went over both vehicles thoroughly, answering any questions that we had. The majority of our time was spent with Trellis and we were very impressed with both her friendliness and professionalism. She was a joy to do business with and that really influenced our decision to purchase both vehicles from Okotoks Honda. We would not hesitate to recommend Okotoks Honda to anyone. From the very beginning I was extremely happy with my service at the Okotoks Honda! I was quite nervous about the test drive and Marie was so fabulous! He was so patient and didn't laugh too hard when I asked a silly question!
