I am in the middle of a potential purchase and have already had a poor overall experience with Okotoks Honda. Specifically the sales manager Berton Field. I am now in the process of hiring a lawyer to help me protect my interests as we go forward. I can't not go ahead unless I forfeit my $2,500 deposit. I've learned their "free" oil change service is a potential problem. I also feel like I am not being offered a fair price at all for my trade in, which is also overseen by the unpleasant and un-customer friendly Berton Field. I want to pull back my bank auto-withdrawal permission, say no to the rust protection "upsell", get out of the free oil change offer and not buy the extended warranty. In order to do those things and not run afoul of this business any further, I will hire a lawyer. The less I can have to do with Okotoks Honda going forward, the happier I will be. More
