To be completely honest, my wife and I usually dread the process of buying a vehicle, as our past experiences haven’t always been the most enjoyable. However, Rishabh and Devin completely changed that for us. Their professionalism, honesty, and genuine care made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and truly enjoyable. I also want to give a special shoutout to Rishabh for something that truly speaks volumes about his character. After trading in our old truck, we realized we had accidentally left something behind. Rather than simply telling us to come back and get it, Rishabh took it upon himself to help us out. After what was likely a 10–12 hour workday, he went out of his way to drive to Walmart, purchase a box, head to the post office, and personally mail our belongings back to us. To top it all off, he wouldn’t even accept a tip! It’s not every day you come across someone willing to go that far out of their way for a customer, especially after the sale is already complete. That kind of genuine kindness and dedication deserves recognition. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Rishabh, Devin, and the entire dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
