Awesome experience at this dealership! Walked in to see what they had for trucks. Asked reception to talk with a sales person. They were very busy and we waited a while. Of course to us that meant it was out of our price range. But we looked at it a anyways and absolutely loved it! We decided to purchase the optional insurance and glad we did. They have a great program for that. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Our experience was very positive. We were interested in buying, but not sure we should. We were wavering between a new vehicle from GMC, a new vehicle from a competitor, or not getting a vehicle at all. buying, but not sure we should. We first chatted with the general manager Dan, who was kind and accommodating. He knew immediately what vehicles would be great for our family and was very appreciative that we had chosen Okotoks GMC. He referred us to Shelby, who helped us buy our vehicle. Shelby was knowledgeable, personal and not pushy what-so-ever, which we very much appreciated. She understood our needs and had great recommendations for vehicle options. She was also patient with our constant decision-changing, which went on for a few days, and we were so appreciative for that! We decided on purchasing a new 2013 Acadia, and are very happy with our decision. The Acadia with the options we wanted did not exist at Okotoks GMC, but Shelby made sure we got what we wanted, and in a timely manner. It was so important for us to feel like we had received a fair price, as well as have great service, and we feel like we got both. We will be return customers. More
