Further to uncaring review I am replying to a reply that Shaun from Okotoks chev made to my original post . It seems that he is trying to deflect the problem back to me by sa I am replying to a reply that Shaun from Okotoks chev made to my original post . It seems that he is trying to deflect the problem back to me by saying I was rude to the receptionist. I was no way rude or disrespectful I am just not that way. I was not happy and made it clear I also pointed out some shortfalls in their procedures. But again I was in no way disrespectful. This is just not true. The problem is with the dealership not caring about the customer and beyond that they don't have any communication. As a matter of fact they have contacted me 3 more times saying the parts I never ordered are in and to make an appointment to get them installed. They just don't get it. As for Shaun trying to deflect the problem to me just shows he doesn't care and that reflects all the way down from him. As I said in my original post I gave them a chance and they dropped the ball numerous times. I tried to point out their deficiencies but Shaun just wanted to make it personal. That's sad. Good luck to anyone who uses them I hope your experience is better than mine was. More

Absolutely Amazing & So Easy! I found my Dream SUV on their website, I live in Olds and was driving in from NE Calgary.
