Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Took my vehicle in for a software glitch that was indicating a four wheel drive issue. They initially suggested a minor part repair then... broke their tool off inside my vehicle making extraction of the $1500 "damaged" part very challenging. Rather than immediately owning the issue, they moved to further miss diagnosis my troubles and quoted me $7200 worth of unnecessary repairs to replace the entire assembly. Long story short, I do not trust them. I had them return my vehicle without authorizing any work. I cleaned the electrical connector myself and surprise surprise the vehicle runs just fine. Service department was very unprofessional, complaining to me about their busy day and how customers were not happy and being difficult. I'm left wondering how much money they make providing inaccurate information to their customers? More
I'm only giving one star because I have to. Dealing with Okanagan Chrystle Dodge Jeep Ram was a nightmare. They claim to be a 5 start dealership and I don't agree in any way. We had an appointment to come see the vehicle and they kept us waiting 5 hours to see the vehicle claiming it was being cleaned. We had a 4 hour drive ahead of us and now instead of driving home during daylight we would have to head home at night. The vehicle was so dirty we could not see out of the windshield. They then said it was because they were doing repairs on the vehicle. Regardless of our annoyance we purchased the vehicle. On our 4 hour drive home the check engine light came on, the vehicle ran out of windshielf washer fluid after being used once. When we got home in the following weeks we argued with the dealership about the responsibility of fixing these errors. We also found out while getting a diagnosis that the engine size they told us the vehicle was, was incorrect and it in fact had a much smaller engigne (which can only be known by running the VIN) In the end the dealer came to our home and picked up the truck, did some work on it and returned it. When they returned it we opened our truck to find that they screen for the sound system had been smashed to pieces. They claimed that it was like then when they got it, but in fact it was not. I cannot say enough to avoid dealing with Okanagan Dodge Jeep Ram. They were unprofessional and talked to us like we were stupid and could get away with whatever they wanted becuase we lived out of town. We will never go to that dealer again and will tell evreryone we know to stay away from it. More

Brought my van in for a recall. Supposedly a 30 minute job. Thought I would get an oil change ,a cabin filter and wipers under a Mopar deal. SUPRISE! My bill was 555.00 and a 4 hour Supposedly a 30 minute job. Thought I would get an oil change ,a cabin filter and wipers under a Mopar deal. SUPRISE! My bill was 555.00 and a 4 hour wait in the lobby. I was under the assumption after talking with a service advisor that the cost would be in the 200 dollar range. The service check in person was having a bad day his words he was curt and I did not feel welcomed after sitting for close to a half hour behind a couple who were having a conversation with another employee and then emptied their truck while in the bay .Although the check in person was not rude he was in no way pleasant or welcoming. I was not told the labor rate was 179.00 nor was I given any estimate ,if I had of been given the estimate I would never had changed the cabin filter on a vehicle with 27,000 Kms just to get 5 bucks off of 50.00 each wiper blades and just done the ridiculously priced oil change .I was never given any explanation about the PCM update and inspection. My van is now running rough and is jumping as the gears are changing on acceleration and as I decelerate. I will call and see if this is normal after a PCM update. I am less than satisfied with my interaction at this dealership. More
