We purchased a used vehicle through Okanagan Dodge. Jess Webber is amazing and we would highly recommend using Jess as your sales person. Honest, professional, and very attentive to our needs without Jess Webber is amazing and we would highly recommend using Jess as your sales person. Honest, professional, and very attentive to our needs without any pressure to sell something not fit for us. Truly and great purchasing experience. Gagon in finance and Cody another sales representative were there making the transition to our new vehicle timely and without incident and we were on our way feeling great about our purchase. Using Jess and Cody would make your buying experience with it and hopefully you would feel satisfied like we were. Note to remember for buyers, complete most of the dealings and negotiation outside of dealership on your time like we did and had everything prepared leaving a 1.5 hour purchasing and insurance completion to drive off super happy. Otherwise it could be a long day for anyone waiting for approvals etc. Like they did for us, they used their time not ours to complete most the process while we went about our day until it was time to complete the transaction. Thank you Jess and Cody, we would purchase given the need and opportunity to add another vehicle to our home fleet. All the best, The Bikows More
Right from the start service at Okanagan Chrysler Jeep Dodge was exemplary. Our sales rep Aaron Elves went above and beyond to make this a pleasurable experience. If there was a higher rating than 10 we c Dodge was exemplary. Our sales rep Aaron Elves went above and beyond to make this a pleasurable experience. If there was a higher rating than 10 we certainly would have given it to him and the dealership! I highly recommend Aaron and the Okanagan dealership. More
Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Took my vehicle in for a software glitch that was indicating a four wheel drive issue. They initially suggested a minor part repair then... broke their tool off inside my vehicle making extraction of the $1500 "damaged" part very challenging. Rather than immediately owning the issue, they moved to further miss diagnosis my troubles and quoted me $7200 worth of unnecessary repairs to replace the entire assembly. Long story short, I do not trust them. I had them return my vehicle without authorizing any work. I cleaned the electrical connector myself and surprise surprise the vehicle runs just fine. Service department was very unprofessional, complaining to me about their busy day and how customers were not happy and being difficult. I'm left wondering how much money they make providing inaccurate information to their customers? More
