Stating that I received some of the worst service I have ever experienced is an understatement. This dealership has zero consideration for their customers and there response to any issue is “complain to Chr ever experienced is an understatement. The sequence of events would take far too long for anyone to read on here so here are a few key points. As a side note our jeep is a 2019 wrangler with 81000km at the time. 1. My vehicle took 30 days to get fixed for a 6 hour job. 2. They failed to order all necessary parts at the same time. 3 They denied any type of transportation leaving myself, my wife, and my one year old stranded 1300km from home. 4. It cost me close to 5000$ for this entire ordeal. (Hotels, rentals, trailers, flights) 5. They have ruined the paint on my front end by leaving tape to bake into it for 30 days. 6. No attempts of cleaning the vehicle was made when I arrived to pick it up. (Moldy cups inside, tape marks burnt into the paint) 7. At first they tried to charge me 800$ of Labour for a warranty job. 8.we considered trading it while we were there and the salesmen tried to sneak in $5000 of extras into the price .. and could not explain the extras to me. He also denied showing me the break down on price for the new vehicle stating “I have been doing this for a million years and I have never done that before”…. All he tried to show me was the monthly payment. 9. The service advisor told me the oil looked like sludge and then another disputed that claim. More

We purchased a used vehicle through Okanagan Dodge. Jess Webber is amazing and we would highly recommend using Jess as your sales person. Gagon in finance and Cody another sales representative were there making the transition to our new vehicle timely and without incident and we were on our way feeling great about our purchase. Using Jess and Cody would make your buying experience with it and hopefully you would feel satisfied like we were. Note to remember for buyers, complete most of the dealings and negotiation outside of dealership on your time like we did and had everything prepared leaving a 1.5 hour purchasing and insurance completion to drive off super happy. Otherwise it could be a long day for anyone waiting for approvals etc. Like they did for us, they used their time not ours to complete most the process while we went about our day until it was time to complete the transaction.
