Be careful they tell you what you want to hear. Home of the 300$ referral Ya right ! I had a co worker wanting to buy a caravan so i referred him to ok dodgy . I even went as far as telling My sales Home of the 300$ referral Ya right ! I had a co worker wanting to buy a caravan so i referred him to ok dodgy . I even went as far as telling My sales person what day and what time he would be in. He used my name as a referral except he was poached by another salesman who assured him all was fine.Well he bought a new van that day and my name was entered into the computer as a referral. I called they next week and asked why i havent herd from them. Travis assured me all was good and that a check had been sent to me. Three weeks go buy and nothing ... i Phone back and he re assures me he will personally look into it and send me a check...two months go by and i go in for an oil change and i ask him if he had misplaced the check he had sent me , and guess what he had talked with the other salesman and they are arguing over who owes me the 300$ bucks ! Then he proceeds to tell me they have quit running that "home of the 300$ referral " ad on the radio because of legalities and that they can't agree on who owes me they 300$ bucks .. Keep in mind I bought a 40 000.00$ truck off them and my buddy bought a 35 000.00$ minivan ? I don't really care about the money but now I really wonder if everything else they promised me was a load of bull ! ya probably. This on top of my truck spending over 30 days in the shop due to torque converter replacement , heated seat replacement , back up camera replacement and other misc. warranty work ,all within the first 6 months of owning it and not more than 40 000 km on it. but they assure me this is normal and all is ok . Worst Experience EVER I recently took my 6 month old Fiat 500 in for a scheduled service appointment. I waited 3 and a half hours for the oil change to be completed, during which I attempted to contact the dealership 3 times to find out where my car was and why it wasn't finished being serviced yet. After being told that I would receive a call back with regards to the whereabouts of my car, I did not receive a call back. After waiting another 45 minutes to be picked up by the shuttle service (I was 15 minutes away from the dealership), I asked to speak to the service advisor about my dismal experience. He proceeded to inform me that he was sorry I felt that way but they aren't a "quick oil change kind of place" and basically brushed me off. When I went to pick up my car to leave, I discovered that it wasn't washed, had a copious amount of bird poop on it that was not on the vehicle when I dropped it off, and the e-brake was not pulled, and the car is a manual transmission. I am incredibly dissatisfied with my service with Okanagan Dodge today, especially considering I purchased my vehicle from them only 6 months ago. I will not be back and would not recommend that anyone take their vehicle there. More
