worst experience I've EVER had with a dealership. ..went for recall on electrical DONT USE THEM ! The next day my truck broke down " Electrical Maifunction" on dash ....had it towed back. Agte almost 2 weeks of looking for blame they have a some special technician calling me back ...some issues not their fault. Gary in service department should be totally embarrassed - NEVER USE THESE GUYS theres a Jeep dealership down the street that are much more professional. More

Breaks were screeching on a pre-owned vehicle we bought less than 3 weeks ago. Brought it in for service, and left it all day. Called three times for updates and never got a response. Got told at the end of the day that a vehicle THEY CERTIFIED needed new rotors and pads already. Obviously couldn’t be bothered to do things right the first time. Didn’t get done that day and need another appointment to get the job done. Poor communication and poor reliability so far. More
