Just the straight goods with a very knowledgeable salesperson; Colin is a professional who knows his vehicles, considerate of every detail and just smooths the whole process. It took only minutes once I returned from my bank. I drove away in a fantastic new Cherokee Jeep that is far more vehicle than I ever dreamed I would own! Awesome! I hit a pothole with my little Fiat - tire and rim was damaged. I had it towed to Okanagan Chrysler. I was stressed as I had to be at a meeting. Got me to my meeting as quick as humanly possible. Touched base with her after the meeting and she told me they'd have to order parts in and it didn't appear as though it would be fixed until the following week. I explained that I live outside of Vernon and work in Kelowna. She moved mountains and I had my car back by Saturday. Wonderful Service Experience! My 2009 Chrysler Aspen was experiencing a number of issues that a number of my local service centres could not diagnose. I soon realized this was a se My 2009 Chrysler Aspen was experiencing a number of issues that a number of my local service centres could not diagnose. I soon realized this was a serious issue of concern so I thought I should visit my Chrysler dealership which I have used in the past. Within one hour; Jeni contacted me with a complete diagnosis of how the problems could be rectified and we agreed to move forward. A complete inspection was done on my SUV which was very thorough. The certified technician reported back that there was a slight shift difference in the transmission and believed that there might be a split transmission filter. I had noticed this only a few times in the past. I agreed to have the filter checked out since my 88 year father just had his transmission replaced at a cost of over $4000 dollars. After closer examination; it was proven to be the case that it was the problem and now the Aspen shifting as smooth as silk! After further diagnostic checks; a number of other updates (PCM, PLGM) were suggested which are the brains to making the SUV run more smoothly and efficiently. Upon completion; I received a 10 page customer report that is a excellent way of tracking the working status of my vehicle. I had a few questions for the service manager Sterling and he explained with great detail and to how and why the updates heeded to be done. The entire experience was a 10 out of 10 and they saved me thousands of $. I feel like a have a new car again! Five Stars to Neal Bottomley and thanks for the pickup and drop off service. More
