Unexpected invoice I ordered news keys for my Dodge van and paid for them 236$. I was told that the keys will arrive next week and I should come for half and hour for it I ordered news keys for my Dodge van and paid for them 236$. I was told that the keys will arrive next week and I should come for half and hour for its programming. Programming was done well but the I had extra damage of 68$. service rep explained that you ordered the part and than you pay extra for programming. Ok, but: 1. I paid whole amount in the beginning and nobody told me I should pay more for programming 2. That means piece of metal and plastic is equal to 236$? Unprofessional. If I am still wrong (the guys from Dodge might think this way) - than I apologize. More
Accomodating, Hospitable, Absolutely Amazing!! I was in the market for a truck, probably 6mo and have had problems finding anything reasonable. Friend suggested the Dodge dealership in town and dir I was in the market for a truck, probably 6mo and have had problems finding anything reasonable. Friend suggested the Dodge dealership in town and directed me to Chris E. based on his recent purchase of his new car. I followed up the next day only to have my expectations surpassed not only by dealership hospitality standards but being blown away beyond that. It took a few days to find the best fit for my requirements and I'm very needy/particular to begin with. After a few options I wasn't necessarily set on any however before I left the dealership that day, Chris, managed to pull up the most perfect, beauty of a truck out onto the lot. Did not let me leave until I test drove it so I tried it out. Instant grin from ear to ear, this truck was everything I had asked and hoped for at a perfect price, options, along with km's... Everything. The sales process was the most hassle free. With Chris and Dave working with me on price/payments they catered to every need and managed to create the perfect plan along with a few extra benefits. This whole ordeal has changed my opinion on dealership standards and I would recommend/invite anyone looking for a fantastic truck/car to check them out. I've heard horror stories online but these guys are the complete opposite. Even after my purchase I ran into a complication or two with the vehicle and they were more than happy to accomodate and blow me away again by fixing any issues hassle free without impeding on my daily schedule. Overall 10/10 happy, excited, fulfilled, impressed, satisfied. More
faulty jeep renegade 2016 solar yellow Since Chrysler has refused to acknowledge responsibility for a defective jeep renegade, I am compelled to post my experience for the protection of pub Since Chrysler has refused to acknowledge responsibility for a defective jeep renegade, I am compelled to post my experience for the protection of public safety. I purchased a new jeep renegade (solar) in Nov 2016. I drove the the car for three months only to suddenly experience serious electronic braking issues. At times electronic brakes suddenly "lock" when foot is taken off accelerator. The jeep's electronic brakes on multiple occasions "locked" the brakes (i.e. while waiting for a red light to change to green). Multiple times the jeep's brakes would lock not allowing the vehicle to be move at all. The most dangerous experiences have been while actually driving and the electronic brake suddenly locks when foot is lifted from accelerator . If a vehicle was close behind I could have been seriously injured by being struck from behind. Dealership has tried to find the problem but has not been able to "fix" the issue (multiple visits). They cannot pinpoint what is causing this electronic brake failure. and lay fault with maker, Chrysler, who will not take responsibility. History repeats itself as numerous deaths have to occur before Chrysler takes responsibility when confronted with wrongful death lawsuits. I do not plan to be one of those "killed" by a faulty jeep renegade and am warning all other buyers to stay away from vehicle Jeep Vin serial # ZACCJBBT6GPC92447 color: solar yellow.
