Snooze you loose I found a truck I was interested in trading my Jeep for so went in to have a look . Almost immediately this young lady came wondering over to see if I needed assistance. She was very knowledgable about the truck I was looking at and gave me all the answers I needed . She went over the truck with me and had my trade appraised . I ended up doing the deal and love my 2014 Ram 1500 Bighorn . Raylene Lachowsky was one of the best sales person I have ever dealt with . When I took possession of the truck she went over everything in it and explained how everything worked . I was very impressed with her knowledge of the products they sell . Within an hour of my first email I had a list with pictures of the vehicles that were available. He also offered to go farther afield to other dealers if needed to find the right vehicle for me. I emailed pictures of my vehicle and late afternoon and before the end of day we were very close to a deal and first thing in the morning we agreed on a deal.
