Horrible service We bought a brand new dodge truck 3 years ago. We have had 3 recalls on our truck not too mention extensive vehicle shaking over 100kms, broken headli We bought a brand new dodge truck 3 years ago. We have had 3 recalls on our truck not too mention extensive vehicle shaking over 100kms, broken headlight, and broken step on nerf bars. We drove 2 hours with my family to get everything serviced. They were unable to provide any sort of courtesy car for us and the service department was outrageous. Completely unprofessional. We called back just to get he recalls fixed and not to go ahead with the rest of the service. The air bag recall light is still on. Nothing has been rectified. More

Excellent Service Was in the Kelowna area on vacation from AB when the engine service light came on.for our 2014 Jeep GC eco-diesel. I dropped into the service dept to Was in the Kelowna area on vacation from AB when the engine service light came on.for our 2014 Jeep GC eco-diesel. I dropped into the service dept to see if they could diagnose the cause prior to my heading home later in the week. The service rep (Gary C) was just terrific - advising that they would fit the vehicle in asap even though I did not have an appointment. A technician diagnosed the issue which nequired a major component be replaced for the Emmision control system. The techician also took the time to explain the issue to me and of how it needed to be resolved. As the component had to be shipped from the parts depot in Red Deer, they arranged a rental for my use until the part arrived and was installed. I am so impressed with the helpfulness and professionalism displayed by the service rep and technicians, More

Large repair done quickly and professionally Had Major radiator problems,had vehicle towed to Okanagan Chrysler. Gary Callander was my service advisor. He not only got my vehicle in as quickly as Had Major radiator problems,had vehicle towed to Okanagan Chrysler. Gary Callander was my service advisor. He not only got my vehicle in as quickly as possible but he kept me updated on its progress and what they were having to. 2017 Jeep Cherokee Limited WOW! Working with Raylene was nothing short of amazing! I just moved from Calgary AB and was not happy with my Jeep Cherokee sport.. I was not sure on WOW! Working with Raylene was nothing short of amazing! I just moved from Calgary AB and was not happy with my Jeep Cherokee sport.. I was not sure on what my options would be.. as I went in on a Thursday thinking this would be a lengthy process, it sure was not! I walked in to sit down with Raylene told her what I wanted and more and a second later she had pulled up the exact vehicle I wanted that worked within my budget...They sent me home with it and the next day (Friday) I found out I was approved.. smooth like butter! Iv worked in the dealership world for a couple years and I have to say this one was painless let alone working alongside Raylene! More
