New Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 2017 from Okanagan Chrysler I like to do my research before I walk into a location, and after my experience here at Okanagan Chrysler, I'll agree with many of the reviews on this I like to do my research before I walk into a location, and after my experience here at Okanagan Chrysler, I'll agree with many of the reviews on this site, both good and not so good. So I'll tell you my story and experiences. I picked the original sales rep Colin because of his ratings on Dealerrater, and he was excellent, unfortunately for me and Okanagan Chrysler he moved on to another location before the sale was finalized. My time with Jon Kaban when I moved into the financing part of my deal, wasn't very good, enough so that I left the dealership that day. His understanding of promotional deals and pricing simply didn't make me feel comfortable and I got the impression he didn't really want to work with me to come to an agreement. A week later, after visiting another Jeep dealership in Vernon (which was a terrible experience), I decided to give Okanagan Chrysler another shot. So I did my research and decided I wanted to work with Dave Loewen. Dave was very knowledgeable in both pricing, promotions and understood what I wanted. I ended up factory ordering a vehicle (only downside was they were no longer factory making the one in the color I wanted). The only issue I had with Dave was his post service communication. I tried to call/email/text him and it was a gamble if I would get a response. I then worked with Travis Haycroft and he knew his stuff, was confident and worked thru the financing and extended warranty programs with me in detail. He already had high ratings on this site, I would also recommend him. Eric Rampone took over for Colin as my Sales guy, I have to give him very high praise for both knowledge of the products, exceptional communication and a friendly approachable attitude. He was on the ball, all the time. As an example of Eric going the extra mile and providing excellent customer service. When I went to pickup my new Jeep, Travis wasn't going to be available that day to do my financing. Eric gave a call to tell me that, since he knew I was particular about whom I wanted to deal with at the dealership, to ensure I was good with working together with Adam on the final package and pickup. He also ensured that the Capri representative I wanted was on-site and organised. Working with Adam Johnstone was a good experience. He was efficient and straight forward. Now I didn't pickup the extended warranty as I had originally discussed with Travis, and Adam didn't press the change of mind, which was very much appreciated. While I was working with the Capri representative, Eric was standing by ready to get the plates on the vehicle, give me a final walk thru of the vehicle (got my phone all setup on the bluetooth too), a tour of the service area, meet an greet with the service staff, a little parting gift and of course the official hammering of the sales Gong! I would highly recommend working with Eric / Travis and Adam, they all had great customer service and communication. Dave was great to work with in person, but inconsistent communication after the fact wasn't great. In conclusion, if you need to buy a Jeep, come to this dealership, work with this crew and enjoy your purchasing process, it makes a huge difference, believe me. More

Horrible service We bought a brand new dodge truck 3 years ago. We have had 3 recalls on our truck not too mention extensive vehicle shaking over 100kms, broken headlight, and broken step on nerf bars. We drove 2 hours with my family to get everything serviced. They were unable to provide any sort of courtesy car for us and the service department was outrageous. Completely unprofessional. We called back just to get he recalls fixed and not to go ahead with the rest of the service. The air bag recall light is still on. Nothing has been rectified. More
