Excellent Customer Service I've been coming in to get my 2015 Jeep serviced here for almost 2 years & want to say the service has always been great. I've always found all the staff to be friendly & helpful. My service technician, Gary Callander is fantastic, he is mild mannered, friendly & has proved to be attentive to customers concerns. My latest concern was a strange rattling noise under my vehicle & since it was only happening at certain times when I drove my vehicle, Gary arranged to have a technician (Nick) go out for a drive with me to diagnosis the mystery. Although I will have to wait for the part to come in for it to be fixed, I am so happy & thankful for the peace of mind, that they have given me. I just want to say thank-you to Gary, Nick & the service manager, for going above & beyond to take care of my situation. John was very personable and did not come across as arrogant or pushy, as some salesman can be . He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we test drove and made me very comfortable with the vehicle. Dave was friendly and honest . Adam explained aspects of warranty , disability/life insurance and loans in a way that was easy to understand ., very empathetic . I honestly was thinking of changing dealerships after having owned a dodge Nitro for 10 years , some issues with that vehicle , however these guys won me over . The process was a long one , actually very exhausting, but worth it when I drove away in my beautiful NEW jeep Cherokee. Bring on the snow , I have the means too push threw it .... hitting that GONG made my day and the gift ( coffe maker) was a nice added touch .... thanks guys !! Ps , the lady doing my insurance was friendly and personable !! My dad was a mechanic and a Chrysler man , he's gone now . RATTLE NOISE SOLVED!!!!!! AFTER TAKING MY VEHICLE TO ANOTHER DEALER AND NOT HAVING THE ISSUE WITH MY RATTLE SOLVED , WE CALLED THE OKANAGAN DODGE DEALER AND GOT AN APPOINTMENT AFTER TAKING MY VEHICLE TO ANOTHER DEALER AND NOT HAVING THE ISSUE WITH MY RATTLE SOLVED , WE CALLED THE OKANAGAN DODGE DEALER AND GOT AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY. FROM THE START , RODNEY SCHULTZ AND THE SERVICE STAFFF WERE INTERESTED IN LISTENING TO MY PROBLEM AND TRYING TO FIND A RESOLUTION. I WAS INFORMED AT DAY END THAT THE TECH HAD FINALLY FOUND A NOISE AND A CAUSE. THIS ALL TOOK PLACE BETWEEN RAIN SHOWERS WHICH MADE THE TECHS JOB MUCH HARDER. Service Above and Beyond Adam Johnstone has always taken care of my wife and I when we're looking for vehicle financing. He's even gone so far as to put me in touch with others that were looking to buy snow tires after I sold one of our vehicles, but was left with snow tires we no longer needed, driving to my home to pick them up for me so he could deliver them to the new owner. he wasn't getting paid for this, and he did it on his own time, after company hours. Anytime I have a question about buying a new or used vehicle, I know Adam is going to take care of me. He doesn't com off as a "car salesman" if that makes sense, he comes off more as the guy you went to school with, that was always there when you needed him. I'd do business again with Adam, no question. He's an asset to Okanagan Dodge. More

He did this while keeping other customers who had 'done the right thing' happy. He provided advice and guidance that will make it much easier for us to keep dealing with the Chrysler line both in Kelowna and in Calgary. His calm demeanor and honest comments were worth going to that particular dealership. More
