I can imagine the ever changing daily variables and battles you would naturally deal with in this industry. This crew doesn't skip a beat. Brought our Ram in for service last week and had the pleasure to deal with Rodney. He really knows his stuff and treats our family like his own. It's such a good feeling getting a phone call ahead of schedule saying " hey , your vehicle is ready and we fixed the issue " something I wasn't used to until I came here. I really like the way they check over the vehicle too. 110% peace of mind now when I send my niece over with her Jeep. I'm comfortable she will get taken care of, treated properly and vehicle safety and maintenance won't be a concern. Sometimes when I'm there I'll pop into the sales dept just to see what's new. Super friendly and not pushy sales staff happy to educate. Very refreshing! Highly recommend this dealer for their outstanding service. Excellent service, excellent salesperson. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased from Okanagan Dodge and on both occasions the help we received was excellent. We again used John McAuley, and again it was an absolute pleasure. My wife and I literally sat back and let them do their thing and they got it done. The experience was great the first time with John and this second time was no different. No pressure just 100% attention to helping and advising. As seniors my wife and I are not into "pressure salespeople" and John is the exact opposite, no pressure, anything he can do to help he does....thank you Okanagan Dodge, more importantly thank you John. Money grabbing with no customer service I have bought two vehicles from this dealership. The first vehicle I was sold a ‘gas and go’ extended warranty for a couple thousand extra under the i I have bought two vehicles from this dealership. The first vehicle I was sold a ‘gas and go’ extended warranty for a couple thousand extra under the impression that it actually covers extras but it was basically a couple oil changes that expired after a couple years. My fault for not actually reading. Second vehicle goes there for overpriced oil changes just to keep everything thru the dealer but this week while the vehicle was getting an oil change they sent me an email with some recommendations and price to agree to but when I got home I noticed they had sneaked an extra 20$ into the bill for no reason I can identify from an itemized bill. I have called the dealership and left 4 voicemails over 4 days and was actually told by a receptionist on my fifth call that they would would personally deliver a message for me. It’s been two days and still nothing. They don’t care about customers or service. Avoid at all costs. They will sneak stuff onto your final bill and hide from you when you call them out on it. More
