Came in with a window that wouldn't go up. I drove my jeep into the dealership and was greeted by a friendly man named RODNEY SCHULTZ. service advisor. He took the time to get my window up, (which try as I did, I couldn't do) he fought with the window a good half hr. And finally got it up. He fixed it up and sent us on our way. Still Providing Good Customer Service I was informed of three recall upgrades needed for my Dodge Journey. I expected at least a day to complete the upgrades. As I arrived they waved me in I was informed of three recall upgrades needed for my Dodge Journey. I expected at least a day to complete the upgrades. As I arrived they waved me in to service desk bay and met Gary C. He got right to it without delay and shortly in the courtesy shuttle and At home in less than an hour. Five hours later I received email outlining any other issues needing attention complete with estimate etc. I arrived late to pick up my vehicle however the kind lady re-opened and gave me my key and I was on my way. Many things I like about this experience was that there was no fluff and straight to the point. I was informed at every step to make a decision with no sales tactics to get me to spend more. All reps were professional from service rep, courtesy driver to final stage picking up my key. All in all I would recommend this dealership. Five years ago I had a Dodge Caravan from this dealership and feel they are still doing the good things right. Above average product with above average Customer Service! More
