Well where do I start approx 3 weeks ago we finally got our 2023 ram 3500 diesel truck in for same vary serious problems starting with a transmission that's slipping to a rear diff that chunks to air ride our 2023 ram 3500 diesel truck in for same vary serious problems starting with a transmission that's slipping to a rear diff that chunks to air ride suspension that does not work to a really bad steering problem where if you let the steering wheel go the truck turns to the right to the point that you have to hold onto the wheel all the time so I talked to the service manager and we went for a drive and once we got back to shop all he could say was well I think we need to spend more time with your truck cause there is something definitely wrong so my son and I brought the truck back couple days later and after 3 days all they could come up with was the gear box is no good and is 1 month out before they can replace it cause it's back ordered so I said not happy with that after I had just talked to 3 other people I know had bought 3500 like my truck over the last 6 months and all of them have been having the same problems I have had and they returned there trucks due to them fallowing apart oh and this is a truck that only has 3351 kms on it not 350,000kms just to be clear so don't bother trying to get warranty work on the trucks either here in Kelowna cause they try to make it look like it's your fault they don't care about the customer just the sale so I an retuning my truck as well and an getting a new chevy as my other trucks a chevy and it's been great but for my experience I will never ever buy or deal with the dodge dealership here in Kelowna ever again also the funny is they said they fixed a recall on my and my ram truck emailed my few days ago and said that the recall never completed which I do believe then I called them out and they said that I've never been there or at there dealership yet I have all the paperwork to prove everything I'm writing here in writing to prove I am not lying love to see there response on this feel free to call my cell anytime cause I have a few choice words for you and your work ethics More
