Picking up my vehicle today was a different story, I had expressed concern regarding a noise I had been hearing and received no explanation as to what they had found or not found. Was simply handed paperwork and asked to sign then passed the debit machine to "tap when you are ready". Explanation found on page 2 of paperwork as to what was checked and work performed, would have been nice to have my concern acknowledged in person. Paperwork states the noise that was investigated was from right front when I actually stated the noise I was concerned about was from drivers side front which is the left side. So I am left wondering if the proper side was checked. More
