I made an appointment for Monday first thing in the a m I delivered my Jeep to the dealership on the Friday night so it would be there and called to confirm that it was there and to be looked at without de I delivered my Jeep to the dealership on the Friday night so it would be there and called to confirm that it was there and to be looked at without delay. Monday morning I called again to make sure as time was of the essence. I get a text late in the afternoon regarding the repairs. Rather than fool around texting I called again to see if they fixed the issue. No service person was available to talk to me so they would ask someone to call me. Finally at closing a guy called me saying it would be tomorrow sometime to get the battery installed. So this repair has taken two days to complete. My calls stressing my need to have done immediately were for Not. The tech just had to call me to advise and get it done. Instead im waisting my time and inconveniencing others who have loaned me a vehicle for a short time. This is not the first time since I have done all the service work with you, I have been inconvenienced every time since your appointments mean absolutely nothing. A simple oil change for 7:30 am turns into 3/4:00 ! I will be re thinking any service work going forward. More
