I have been a long time service customer since I bought my subie with them (6 yrs ago) and I have no complaints with their quality of customer service. The technicians and service reps at the front desk are patient and are helpful about answering any questions that I may have. The shuttle service is also handy although it would be nice to have it more readily available at different times of the day. I am only aware of the early morning departures. Thanks Ogilvie Subaru! I experienced prompt service with a friendly staff who were explicit in answering my questions and explaining recommended service. Originally bought the car from this dealership and decided to return when car needed service for an oxygen sensor replacement. Despite having read the codes with my own OBDII reader, and having provid decided to return when car needed service for an oxygen sensor replacement. Despite having read the codes with my own OBDII reader, and having provided them with the diagnosis and codes, they still charged my wife $50 to read the codes and then didn't even perform the repair. Charged $90 for safety inspection and provided a list of items to be replaced. Took car to another dealer and they re-did the inspection (for free) and only found one minor item deficient. Would have spent over $1000 in repairs if we had listened to Ogilvie. I suspect that they try to take advantage of my wife's technical knowledge to drive up repair costs. Weak excuses given for the poor quality of service. Would never return again. Not recommended. More
