WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE have bout NUMEROUS vehicles from this Dealership - never had an issue. Absolutly loved them. Till now. We were up north when our parking break have bout NUMEROUS vehicles from this Dealership - never had an issue. Absolutly loved them. Till now. We were up north when our parking break went - keep in mind, this was UNDER warranty km. Had to drive home to the dealership to have it fixed, which put us over warranty by 300 km - to find out that Oakville Dodge service, REFUSE to fix the issue under our warranty, instead wanting to charge us over 1200$. We have been arguing with them about this issue for over a month. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, they NEVER try to help nor fix issues when they happen, instead send you home to re-book and come back three times including trying to nickle and dime. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. More
