They or Should I saw "Zac" has no clue I call about a used 2007 Dodge 3500 cummings that they are selling. I speak with Zac and the guy tells me the truck is running and driving. I drive 2+ I call about a used 2007 Dodge 3500 cummings that they are selling. I speak with Zac and the guy tells me the truck is running and driving. I drive 2+ hours from Windsor to see the truck. The truck is what I expect body wise but it is suppose to be running and driving. Still have the text where I ask if it is running and driving and Zac says "Oh Yea" I drive 2+ hours and It does not start. Just cranks and cranks and cranks but would no fire up. Zac thinks its the battery?????? really after all the cranking. -Maybe the fan belt came unbuckled Zac I ask if anyone is willing to come and get the thing started. Zac tells me they are all to busy to help me after I drove 2 hours to get there. Worst customer service I have every seen. Never would I deal with this dealership!! More
