Elizabeth exudes so much positive energy it's clear that she loves her job - and that is a very positive reflection upon the work atmosphere and staff of Oakridge Ford. John L then came over and engaged me in conversation, and then asked Michael to look after me. In no time at all, Michael had me keys to two different Ford Mustangs to take for a test drive. I had the experience and left the lot to consider my options. When I next returned, Elizabeth remembered my name and Michael was ready to set me up for a new car order. That went in fine and delivered according to schedule, and they are all still just as friendly and engaging since I have bought the car.
