Nick was always very professional but also friendly and approachable. He kept me up to date with the status of my car service and he communicated everything that was serviced very clearly. It is people like Nick who create loyal customers! I was also appreciative of the honesty on behalf of the technicians when recommending which services I needed and which I did not. Many shops would try and sell you things you don't need and this visit helped build my trust with Oakridge Ford. There was also a lady who set up my appointment who was very friendly and accommodating. Not sure of her name but she had an accent. All around great work guys! More

He took the time to explain all the purchasing information as well as all the different options on each vehicle. I dealt with Reese Patterson whom made the worries of buying your first car a breeze, from finding a vehicle to putting my plates on, the purchase was done fast and effortless on my end. I also had the pleasure of being assisted by Michelle Campbell, and Charles Gardiner with paperwork to finalize our deal that was made in less than a week. Now I am a happy owner of a 2015 Ford Focus! More

Also, I find it very impressive that Liz has remembered my name from the very first time I met her and every time I attend your dealership, she greets me with a big smile and "Hello Barbara, how are you?" That is a talent given the amount of clients that come into your dealership every day/week/month. Given our past experience with the dreaded 2012 Focus, I can only imagine how much grief your service dept takes from 2012 Focus/Fiesta owners and I must say that Dennis did everything he could to make things right but he can only do so much at the dealership level. It is up to Corporate to listen to the service staff. After all, it is the service staff who are on the front lines taking the heat! As for Steve, he is really taking care of us and is right on top of anything we call him about. I hope their hard work and dedication is appreciated as it is staff like this that keep your clients coming back. More

Charles Gardiner was super for helping us with our financing and was even able to work wonders with our own personal bank. He offered us the maintenance plan which we feel very confident in having. He has been a great person and like Reese, a very happy and bubbly person to deal with. Nick Patton has been great in helping us with our service of unfortunate events so far with our car. He too has a great personality and seems highly knowledgeable with his work. Overall the three mentioned have been very good to deal with and will be highly referred by me to everyone I know that are looking to buy a new vehicle. More
