First car purchase after a few weeks of shopping, I was about to make my decision and then a family member recommended I go to Oakridge Ford. I was a bit skeptical because of all the other dealerships that I've gone to, they used the typical salesman tactics on me. I walked into Ford and was greeted by a young man with a genuine smile. I knew my experience was going to be different this time. After listening to all my wants and needs, he pulled up a Ford Escape. I instantly fell in love with it but I will still comparing it to the CRV. After going on a nice test drive, it finally came to the numbers. My favourite part (this is where the other dealers would apply pressure). Reese set down after talking to his manager, and not once did I feel pressure, it was very laid back. This is what sold me. The car was a bit more than Honda, but I wanted to deal with someone I could trust. Thank you Reese for making my experience one to remember. Also, the greeter Liz was very approachable as well!
