Looking for a Ford in London? Oakridge Ford is the place! I bought a new 2015 Ford F150 XLT from Oakridge Ford. My salesperson Reese Patterson was amazing and listened to what I needed. He worked hard to find I bought a new 2015 Ford F150 XLT from Oakridge Ford. My salesperson Reese Patterson was amazing and listened to what I needed. He worked hard to find the right fit and even stayed far past closing to accommodate the deal. I truly appreciated that when it came down to the details and package he worked with me to fit within my budget and prioritize the options for greatest value. Along with Mike Alguire they made sure to do the best possible. Despite the fact that there are technical issues with the truck, Reese's proactive and hands on approach has helped alleviate the frustration. At the end of the day they cannot be blamed for the product. Even after purchase, Charles Gardiner tailored the contract to what fit me and not pushed every option possible. Finally service was a delight to deal with, giving advice and even changed headlights for a reasonable 25$. I highly recommend Reese, Mike, Charles and all the staff at Oakridge Ford if you want a Ford specifically. The sales process, purchase, and staff were excellent by many means. I gave a "good" rating simply because the dealership is above average thanks to the above mentioned personnel and service but the vehicle itself is average at best. There are many minor issues that are simply the fault of things not being followed through to the end in the production and design of the product, That being said the Ford F150 seems to be the best truck out there taking into consideration car ratings, joy to drive and my personal logic. Which is an unfortunate state for the truck class. Sync is great for basic functions that any vehicle performs. Yet if you try details like 24hr clock, playing outside sources, or speaking too quickly on phone commands it will reset on you. Sync online (diagnostic, updates, etc.) are non existent in Canada. The alarm will not turn off if you simply click open on the remote (need to physically open the door), there is no one touch wiper function, automatic lights even when calibrated do not respond well, the instruments are highly inaccurate (km to empty, etc.), no indicator that the bed door is open... Anyways, like mentioned the product is average at best, but the staff at Oakridge Ford do an amazing job helping you the best that you can given that fact. Friendly, helpful, and willing to help explain everything and answer any questions. More
