Very Accommodating!!! Upon arrival , very friendly welcome from the Service staff. I spoke with Scott on the issues of my Escape ,as I was there for a recall ..and a trans Upon arrival , very friendly welcome from the Service staff. I spoke with Scott on the issues of my Escape ,as I was there for a recall ..and a transmission issue. Scott mentioned he would give me a call later in the day to give me an update. He knew I needed to get back to work later in the day and needed a vehicle to get to work. I work until after 6 pm so the shuttle would not be available. Later in the afternoon, Scott called to tell me the Escape would not be ready in time so he would get me a car to use until the next day. The shuttle came and picked me up and took me to get my rental so I could get to work! Just before 6 pm that evening Scott called and left me a message saying my Escape was ready! Not that was fast.. Scott is a great guy ! He explained to me the next morning when I picked up my Escape what was wrong with the transmission, just a seal..and of course everything was still under warranty!! Thank you Scott and the team at Oakridge Ford!! More

Service Experience Brought vehicle in for scheduled service appt. No wait time, pleasant Service advisor...in and out in less than 5 minutes. We stopped by Oakridge Ford on a Saturday 1 hour before it closed. Chris was so awesome. My husband knew what he was looking for in a truck and Chris found one to let us test drive that had everything we were looking for. We drove it and was SOLD!!! Chris and Charles both stayed over an hour after closing time to help us with a list of the items we wanted in the truck and and additional bells and whistles we might like. Charles took all our info and said I would hear from him Monday. Well Monday came and I was thinking I was stood up again however Charles called me just before 9pm to inform me that he had some good news but had to speak with someone first and they weren't in the office until tomorrow. Tuesday he called me in the afternoon to let me know I qualified for 0% financing Within just over a week I drove off the lot one happy mommy.
