I stumbled upon Oakridge Ford by mistake and I couldn't be happier about it. John answered all of the questions I had. He reassured me that if something happened to my new car that it would be fixed. I fell in love with a 2012 Ford Focus but was hesitant about buying it due to mechanical issues in the past. John explained that it had all be looked after and fixed. I feel so confident in my new car and will never go anywhere else to buy any other vehicle. More

I had just bought the journey the end of December 2015 from Oakridge and therefore had the journey towed to Oakridge collision center. While I was retrieving my personal belongings from the journey I was introduced to a very nice young salesman by the name of Brian Hare. He was very personable and I liked him right away. He was understanding of my situation and began immediately to try and get me into a different vehicle. After test driving a used vehicle it was decided that maybe a new vehicle would be a better choice. I ended up choosing a 2016 ford escape. Although it is a bit smaller than my other vehicle I really like it. It hugs the road nicely and is actually quite roomy. I also like that it is 4wd as I have to commute 50km to work through the snow belts. This purchase was very difficult to accomplish because we had to deal with the insurance company as well as financing. Charles Gardiner the finance manager was a godsend in putting everything together. When I'm ready to trade the Escape in I will most definitely return to Oakridge Ford! More
