I made an appointment for my gt500 and asked for Motorcraft oil they said they would have it and also asked for a fuel filter change , my appointment was 5 day wait no big deal, went to my appointme Motorcraft oil they said they would have it and also asked for a fuel filter change , my appointment was 5 day wait no big deal, went to my appointment and now realized they used a different brand of oil when I specifically asked for Motorcraft oil, then wast told my car doesn't have a fuel filter but I insisted it did , the person checked and they didn't have it , I made an appointment so you would be ready for my service , so I come out with no fuel filter and oil brand I didn't want unacceptable. More
