We asked for the total bottom line price to be financed and the 3 and 5 year monthly payments and he was the first of the three to provide that simple information on the first request. He was also the only one that followed up after our visit to see if we had any question or concerns. He was a true sales professional. We ended up buying a CRV but would definitely recommend Mark to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
