These people make me happy! I popped in to pick up a part and they had it in stock and even showed me how easy it was to install for myself. Now before you think that I'm incompetent with car tech, I'll tel and they had it in stock and even showed me how easy it was to install for myself. Now before you think that I'm incompetent with car tech, I'll tell you that I'm a bit of a motorhead and I have the skinned knuckles to prove it. :-) I was worried that I was going to break an electrical connection and Scott from service showed me how to disconnect it. Oh, and I was visiting from Ottawa and was faced with having to drive all the way home with this annoying issue present until my local MINI dealer could handle it. Problem solved and I am grateful. They went out of their way to make sure I was on the road and able to enjoy the experience. More

The sales clerks and receptionists are VM polite and helpful. I did have an issue with the service department but that was two years ago; however; I met Martin during one of my recent visits and he was excellent to deal with. A great salesman and very helpful. Bought a car, they let me personally inspect the mechanics, with no fuss, all smiles. They supplied me with all the info I requested and even contacted previous service centres to find out exactly w mechanics, with no fuss, all smiles. If you want cheap service, then do it yourself, not easy cars to work on or cheap so keep that in mind. I do my own mechanic work so I know, and dealerships only have access to the more expensive OEM parts so don’t look up economy versions and then be sour that your bill was more than you expected. More
