I called them to discuss trading in my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica (76,400 km) for their 2025 Chrysler Pacifica (19,500 km). The salesperson I spoke with told me I needed to come in so they could appraise my Pacifica (76,400 km) for their 2025 Chrysler Pacifica (19,500 km). I drove over 50 km to get there, only to find out that they had sent their Pacifica to auction the day before. When I asked when it could be brought back and requested an appraisal of my car, the owner told me he was only interested in low-mileage vehicles and had no interest in mine. Essentially, they gave me false information over the phone, and I wasted both my time and gas. I 100% do not recommend dealing with these people at all, as they are completely unprofessional. More

Well, if the car is not available for sale then it should get removed from the showroom. This is possibly one to attract customers. They know better, but I consider this non-professional. I did go to visit the shop a few days ago, I did not feel very welcome. More
