Aman was considerate and Tak heard my concerns. After hearing my point of view, they solved it and made the deal go through. I am SORRY for my earlier reviews and take this opportunity here to correct it. I must say that i was very happy to meet TAK who is a wonderful human being and AMAN is great too. Thank you once again to everyone at northwest toyota. I recommend this dealership without any reservations to anyone and everyone who wants to buy a toyota. More

Aman Sheik is very helpful! I bought a new car from this dealership along with a bunch of packages a few weeks ago and was given a pick up date. Nobody called me to confirm that I bought a new car from this dealership along with a bunch of packages a few weeks ago and was given a pick up date. Nobody called me to confirm that my car is ready to be picked up so I called and was told that it was not ready due to reason that made my blood boil as I needed a car to go to work. I gave Aman an earful but he was able to redeem himself by providing me with a loaner while making sure that the car is completely ready by pick up date. He spent time explaining how the car works and really appreciate that. I would definitely recommend Aman to all my friends and family!!! Good job Aman! More

Excellent I have purchased two (2) vehicles from Northwest Toyota and have been maintaining my vehicles there for nearly ten (10) years. Their service is excellent and my mechanic, Jason Debattista, is top notch! His honesty and hard work makes each and every visit a great experience and I highly recommend him to service ANY vehicle. Frontline staff such as Carly Carreiro also deserve honourable mention because she too, dedicates herself to her work and assists customers such as myself greatly. I bought a Camry xse 2015 and was very satisfied with the overall experience. A special thank you to the Sales General Manager Tak Thakar, and Pooja Paul. Tak Thakar was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with all my inquiries and questions with all three cars I bought. Pooja was very helpful as well in showing me all of the details of the car, very friendly and making me comfortable, and making the paperwork so much easier than I had anticipated it would be. Appointments can be booked with one or two days notice. When I enter the service desk area the people in attendance are helpful and friendly. They are also very professional. I have never had a problem with the servicing that has been done on my car. All work has appeared to have been done at a high standard. Getting my car serviced here appears to be a little more expensive than some other places, but I feel that I can trust the people at Northwest to do high quality work. I will continue to use their service department in the future. I would recommend their service department to others. More

They always try to over sell service Like almost all dealers, and this one is no exception, they always try and oversell you service when in fact none may be required. I went in for a reg Like almost all dealers, and this one is no exception, they always try and oversell you service when in fact none may be required. I went in for a regular maintenance and was told that brakes pad, rotors and calipers for all 4 wheels had to be replaced. They quoted me over $1000 for this. I had the vehicle checked out outside and confirmed my suspicion that only the brake pads had worn out and I could get the job done for a 1/4 of the cost. I only wish that dealers were honest about their work, and this behavious by them does nothing to change their reputation! Sadly! More
