A VERY pleasant surprise! I already had owned a Lexus (purchased at a different dealership), when I walked into Northwest Lexus in Brampton. As a result, when I walked into Northwest, I was not in a friendly mood, and was primarily there to see the vehicle I wanted live, so that I could order one from the US. Now, I'm certain all the reps at Northwest are great, but I was met at the door by Goldie Sharma...and he completely disarmed me with his genuine interest in providing me with good information, service and attention. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but extremely professional. I did not walk into Northwest Lexus that day intending to buy a car, but Goldie, after knowing my situation, and my checklist suggested a few options.
